Oui ma vie is a series of concrete slabs engraved with love, empowerment, dignity and respect words, that cover the empty spots of the sewers in different areas of the city of Douala, constructing small poems spread on the ground. The first slabs were installed on December 2017 at the Government Square in Bonanjo District, and in the Aviation primary school of New Bell district, as part of the Public Art Triennale of Douala (SUD 2017), organised by Doual’Art and curated by Cécile Bourne Farrell. The aim of the project is to continue making and installing hundreds of slabs around the city of Douala during all 2018 and more, if possible.
